The dishes here are preservative and additive free, 100% plant-based, 90% gluten free, and allergy-friendly. There are also a wide variety of homemade sauces and condiments available which amazingly recreate some of the most popular commercial sauces without anything artificial, and often with unique twists that actually improve these widely loved favourites. Everything is made with love by a team of positive, hardworking local staff who are passionate about the philosophy and enjoy working together."

Therefore, as a food business, we have great responsibility not only to use proper takeaway packaging, recycle and compost, but also to do our best in providing natural food to people. This way we are supporting local traditions and using only local ingredients in efforts to make clean food widely available, affordable and sustain our ecological footprint."

Waste Management

"Our main contribution is our loyalty to never using animal products which is also what drives our passion to get better at other missions, such as being a zero waste business. We recycle all bottles and jars, we use only reusable boxes for our caterings, or banana leaf when possible and we stay loyal to suppliers we trust such as Bali Jiwa who have the same values as us."
