Inspired by a profound love for cuisine and the belief that sharing meals is synonymous with sharing stories and joy, Zali captures the essence of Lebanese hospitality, bringing the warm and traditional flavors of Beirut to its guests. They offer a lot of vegan-friendly dishes to celebrate the variety of fresh and local produce available on the island.

SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT

The concept of Zali was inspired by a love for food and the belief that sharing meals spreads happiness and stories. Core values of Zali include sustainability, local sourcing, and giving back to the community. They efficiently manage waste by reusing everything possible and eliminating plastic use. All delivery boxes are biodegradable, and kitchen waste is composted and returned to partnering farmers. Additionally, empty glass bottles are returned to suppliers.
