By collaborating with The Punch and being featured on our platform, businesses must ensure that the commitments shared through our communication channels are accurate and reflected in their interactions with customers. Businesses that fail to uphold these principles will be temporarily suspended from our platform until they have reaffirmed their commitment to The Punch ethos.
