Accossa prefab module technology put sustainability on the core of the development, such as natural air ventilation flow, green structure design, recycle materials prioritisation, supporting local craftsmanship, and implementation of Solar Panel smart system. We continuously seek partnership & experiments with new advance technologies in order to optimise our sustainable design.

One of our latest take on sustainable building is to launch our newly SML (Structured Modular Lumber) where we recycled unproductive rubber tree plantation into high tech plywood that can be used for façade, structures, & the building itself. We commit in 2030 we will use sustainable engineered SML as our key components for our development."
