"Being a part of a business community on such a busy tourist destination, we are mindful of our impact when it comes to waste especially."
"We use exclusively only paper packaging for all takeaway containers, this includes straws, sauce dishes, tape and coffee lids to reduce our plastic footprint.
We are also a part of the Urban Compost Bali program ensuring that all organic waste is kept from Bali landfills; this includes all coffee waste, kitchen, and bar scraps from our day-to-day usages. We also fertilize our gardens with the compost that is returned to us to reduce water usage on our gardens. We are now working towards having our only waste product that’s left, plastics, being used to purchase rice for local families though the trash for rice programs."
