Our Founder and Managing Director has been formally educated with sustainable business practices and believes that strong business outcomes can be closely aligned and paired with sustainable practices. In a practical sense, that means: implementing leading business practices and employment conditions, engaging and educating our guests on challenges facing small island communities such as ours and encouraging them to make simple positive contributions during their travels, supporting local grass root community initiatives, working with our suppliers on better packaging methods, and making changes to our operations such as investing in state-of-the-art waste management."
