Founded in 2021, Jia by OCK is a Bali based home accessories brand that focuses on providing a collective retail experience and styling service which revolves around craft, design, and culture. The priority of building and sustaining a healthy ecosystem of creative communities in Indonesia drives Budiman Ong, Rudi Winata and Yang Yang Hartono to create a platform where instinctual energy and passion can be exchanged.

SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT

At Jia, the values of story and collaboration are central pillars for creating initiatives and curating brands. The company has a very strict purchasing system is enforced prior to production, ensuring minimal excessive waste post-production. Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Jia collaborates with brands to create up-cycled products, such as packaging made from recycled bottle caps and essential oil carriers crafted from off-cut fabrics. Since its inception, Jia has avoided using plastic for packaging, opting instead for recyclable cardboard and paper.
