Bikini was born from a desire to redesign fine dining, to strip back formality and inject it with vibrancy. A vision focusing on shared-plate food and custom-made cocktails, while always championing locally-sourced ingredients each step of the way. Serious food, but not taken too seriously. An evening at Bikini feels more like a dinner party with your closest friends rather than a night with white tablecloths and polite conversation.
